First off the hop-up is integrated into the upper half of the gearbox, reducing lost airflow and improving consistency, second, the shell itself is very tech-friendly, with almost entirely V2 compatible internals, lastly it is extremely robust, we torture tested one of these rifles with an M140 spring (500+ FPS) and the gearbox was unscathed.
